Carol Han, Partner, is a digital strategist, brand consultant, and writer who spent eight years as a fashion editor at industry-leading publications such as Lucky magazine, ELLE magazine, and ELLE.com, leading to an Executive Fashion Director role at fashion and lifestyle site StyleCaster, where she created the content strategy from the ground up. Seeing a growing need for brands to tell and spread their stories online, she launched CA Creative, focusing on bringing brands to life in the digital space.

Stephen Bowles, EVP of Digital, is passionate about technology, marketing, and client service, and he's fascinated by details and numbers, especially big ones. His fourteen years of full-time experience in digital marketing have culminated in a few primary areas of focus: digital media buying (strong focus on social channels), SEO/SEM, analytics, digital/social media strategy & account management. Before beginning at CA Creative in 2014, Stephen worked as the VP of Online Media at Tenthwave Digital (currently dba Accenture Interactive), a full-service digital agency, since its founding in 2011. There, he was responsible for building the agency's Online Media practice.
